At NJP BIKE RENTAL, we strive to provide the best rental experience possible. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting our operations.

1. Booking Cancellations

• More than 24 hours before pickup:
  ✔ Full refund, minus a processing fee of ₹500.
• 12–24 hours before pickup:
  ✔ 50% refund of the booking amount.
• Less than 12 hours before pickup or No-Show:
  ❌ No refund.

🔁 2. Early Returns

• Customers returning the vehicle early will not be eligible for a refund for the unused hours or days.
• In case of emergencies, partial credit may be issued at our sole discretion for future bookings.

🚫 3. Booking Denial Due to Invalid Documents

• If a customer fails to produce valid original driving license or I.D proof at the time of pickup, the booking stands cancelled without any refund.

🔧 4. Vehicle Issues or Service Interruptions

• If a vehicle issue arises due to our fault and no replacement is available, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the time of use.

💳 5. Mode & Timeline of Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
